Blue Tongue Campers Return Policy
- Our accessory goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods failure does amount to a major failure.We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:
- The product has a major faulty; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match its sample or description.
- Some products are covered by their own respective warranties and may require contacting them for service/ repair/ replacement
We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available
- Exchanges for change of mind or other circumstances except where it is covered under consumer law are not accepted
- Our Vehicle goods are cover under consumer law and the appropriate state's Fair Trading or equivalent department's laws regarding the sale of vehicles
- Our new vehicles are covered by a 5 year structural chassis and 12 month (365 days from purchase date) on all other components. Note : Some components are covered by their own respective warranties and may require contacting the manufacturer/ distributor for service/ repair/ replacement.
- We shall not be liable for consequential or special damages of any kind, including aggravated, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from any fault.
The vehicle shall be returned to the place of purchase or at the discretion of Blue Tongue Campers/Blue Tongue Rvs a representative of Blue Tongue Campers/Blue Tongue Rvs for us to assess the fault and at our discretion rectify/ repair/ replace components of the fault. The customer is responsible for the any and all associated costs for returning the vehicle.
